Measuring for Inside Mount Shutters Measure the Width Measure the inside width of the window at three points: top, middle, and bottom. Use the smallest width to ensure a snug fit. Measure the Height Measure from the inside top of the frame to the bottom inside frame at three points: left, middle, and right. Use the largest height to ensure full coverage. Check the Window Depth Ensure at least 2 inches of depth to mount the shutters inside the frame. If depth is insufficient, consider outside mount shutters instead.
